New article: Virus Interruptus
The first is my latest article with Rita, entitled “Virus Interruptus: An Arendtian Exploration of Political World-Building in Pandemic Times, published in Gender, Work & Organization. For now, the article is open access! Our blog posts inspired this paper, so readers will have a chance to see how we developed some ideas first introduced here.
Beyond the Bulletin panel: Equity and COVID-19
The second is a virtual panel discussion hosted by the University of Waterloo and the CBC Kitchener-Waterloo on responding to equity concerns post-COVID. I was panelist, along with historian Christopher Taylor and economist Mikal Skuterud. Check them out; both are doing brilliant work. Although the panel was about a post-COVID world, we all talked about the need to address equity during the pandemic as well.
